What if I receive damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the damaged item(s) to jemanaturals84@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

While shipping damage is outside of our control, we’re happy to offer a free replacement item. You’ll just be responsible for covering the shipping cost.
