At JEMAnaturals we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible—typically within the next business day. However, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be fully processed and shipped. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

What if I receive damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the damaged item(s) to jemanaturals84@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

While shipping damage is outside of our control, we’re happy to offer a free replacement item. You’ll just be responsible for covering the shipping cost.
